How It Works
Everything you need to know about the NEB NH program
Practice & Game Schedule
Practices will be held twice a week in the winter, with some flexibility in the spring due to field space. Winter practices run 60-90 minutes, while spring/summer sessions are 60-120 minutes.
Our Commitment
We practice more than any program in the area.
Age-Specific Competition Schedules
Perfect Game League plus two tournaments. Season runs April through June.
20-25 Games
Perfect Game League with additional tournaments. Season runs April through July.
30-35 Games
Six weekend tournaments plus midweek exhibitions, primarily in New England. Season runs June through August.
Tournament Format
Tournament Philosophy
There is plenty of competition for our players in this region. The cost of traveling to these bigger tournaments can create a major burden on families financially. We keep travel reasonable while maximizing competitive opportunities.

Coaching Philosophy
We do not employ parent coaches unless their coaching and/or playing pedigree is outstanding. All coaches receive handbooks outlining program philosophy and receive developmental notes on players.
Every coach in the NEB NH program is aligned on our developmental approach, ensuring consistency across all age groups and teams.
Town/School Team Policy
Players U12 and below may participate in town leagues with communication requirements.
In season, we do expect our program to be each player's #1 priority.
Pitch count communication between programs is mandatory for safety. We take arm care seriously and require coordination between all programs a player participates in.
